Effective date: April 10, 2026  ·  Last updated: April 10, 2026

Crate Dive is currently in beta. These terms will be updated before public launch. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crate Dive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crate Dive is an AI-powered audio sample discovery tool that analyzes audio files and URLs to detect BPM, key, sample points, stems, and related metadata. The Service is provided "as is" during beta.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all audio files and content you upload to Crate Dive. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the purposes of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and analyze any audio content. Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to analyze.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Free and Pro Plans

The Free plan includes limited daily analyses. The Pro plan ($9.99/month) provides expanded access as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

Beta users may receive temporary access to Pro features at no charge. This is not a guarantee of continued free access.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

CrateDive Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription at $9.99/month.

7. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce accurate results in all cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crate Dive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify registered users of material changes via email.
